How SupportFast collects, processes, and protects workspace data, conversation transcripts, and customer identities.
Information we collect
SupportFast collects account details (such as your email address), workspace configurations (such as policies and connected tools), uploaded knowledge sources, support conversations conducted through the widget, and HMAC-verified identity claims to identify authorized customers.
How we use information
We process information solely to operate Customer Agent and Internal Agent experiences, perform policy-governed tool actions, generate escalation context in your inbox, enforce plan limits, and secure our infrastructure. We never sell personal data.
Data storage and isolation
All data is processed on Cloudflare Workers edge infrastructure with encrypted storage at rest (AES-GCM for secrets and credentials) and tenant-scoped database isolation.
Your controls and rights
You can update knowledge sources, delete conversation histories, revoke tool connections, or export data anytime through your founder dashboard or by emailing support@supportfa.st.
