Information we collect
SupportFast collects account details such as email address, workspace details such as agent names and configuration, knowledge sources you upload or connect, support conversations sent through the widget, usage events, and basic technical data needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, operate support workspaces, generate source-backed replies, show handoffs and analytics, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about the service.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information with infrastructure and service providers only when needed to run SupportFast, process authentication, store workspace data, send email, or provide AI functionality.
Security and retention
We use access controls, scoped workspaces, and infrastructure safeguards to protect service data. We keep data while an account or workspace is active and remove or reduce data when it is no longer needed for the service or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can update workspace content, remove sources, delete conversations where supported, or contact us about account and data questions at support@supportfa.st.
