Service usage
You may use SupportFast to deploy customer support agents, connect verified knowledge and tools, configure policy rules, and manage escalations for your software products.
Tool permissions and AI outputs
You are responsible for the tool permissions granted to your agents and for verifying approval requests before confirming sensitive writes. AI responses are generated based on your uploaded sources and policy guidelines.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SupportFast for abusive, unlawful, or harmful purposes, including scraping unauthorized data, attacking third-party endpoints, or bypassing security controls.
Subscriptions and hard caps
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Dodo Payments. Monthly AI reply caps are strictly enforced to prevent unexpected charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
