Using SupportFast
You may use SupportFast to create support workspaces, connect knowledge sources, install widgets, review conversations, and manage AI support workflows for your business.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload, the guidance you configure, the widget you install, and the way your team reviews AI-generated support answers before relying on them for sensitive decisions.
AI output
AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong. SupportFast is designed to make sources, guidance, and handoffs visible, but you remain responsible for reviewing important customer-facing responses.
Acceptable use
Do not use SupportFast to violate laws, send abusive content, misuse customer data, interfere with the service, probe unauthorized systems, or connect sources you do not have rights to use.
Service changes
We may update features, limits, pricing, and policies as the product evolves. We will try to communicate material changes clearly before they affect active users.
